Dear All,

We are trying to sort out a module for the third year of the degree we run with MDX which is called Management Communication Skills. We want it to encompass issues of deaf people managing and working with hearing people. Does anyone know any references about studies done on this topic? It could be a more general area such as disabled people managing and working with non disabled people.
