Has anyone been looking at the consolidated COP on Employment Practices? If you look at P82, section 4.1.2 it says ... 'The collection and use of information about workers’ health is against the law unless a sensitive data condition is satisfied.' I thought it was a breach of the Act, but not unlawful. Am I missing something here?
