This would seem more of a question for the FOI list, but imagine there may
be many valid ways; such as formulating a request for outstanding/pending
information within a specified function(s) or asking for information
received within a specified time period which may still be held within the
physical in/pending trays of specified function(s). What do managers ask?

The subject access rules would of course, post Durant, not seem to apply to
some of the personal data held in that way, although I would stand to be
corrected on that.
