This one does the rounds so often i'm surprised it even gets a mention these 
days.

That said, i'm sure i recall a police force issuing guidance to the contrary 
quite recently.

People just need to remember that if you do not initiate a call, there is no 
charging mechanism.

There used to be scams involving unsecured PBX's but most kit these days is 
secured by default.
