Hi Tom

Do the alleged actions incur the subjects privacy?
LJ Auld introduced this requirement in Durant, that data must also effect
the privacy of the data subject. This 'gloss' is in addition of the
identifiable person requirement from the DPA.

So, I would have thought so unless any exemptions apply?
