Our planning department are taking someone to court for not complying with
a planning instruction. Can they issue a Section 29 request to Council Tax
for confirmation of the persons address under the prevention or detection
of crime, or the apprehension and prosecution of offenders ? The persons
involved are not registered on the Electoral Roll.
