The Cray Fortran compiler version 5.5, due for release next month, 
implements all of the C interoperability feature, including 
interoperation of procedure pointers.  If you can do without the 
procedure pointers, all the other aspects of C interoperability in f03 
have been available in Cray's compiler for at least the past 2 years.
