Hi Tara, I think that this will be now under manage brands - under the portal system section, if this also applies on basic edition. Customise the default brand and you should see the options you used to be able to under settings. I have done it before, months ago, but now it doesn't seem to be there. I go to Portal System - Management (on the Admin Control Panel) and click on Settings, as the manual instructs, but then there is no option to select Customise Top Frame.
