We are using the Learning System (6.2.3) and currently users are not able to change their personal information, in particular their password. If they access it through the Tools Panel on the 'My Institution' page, the links are all greyed out (except Set Text Box Editor). If they enter their course, select Tools, then Personal Information, then try and access the links (which are no longer greyed out) they see an access denied message. This happens regardless of the course they are enrolled on but I cannot see anything in the system settings that has caused this. Any advice would be much appreciated.
