A unique opportunity to shape and develop positive action initiatives
The Organisation: Established since 1987, path West Midlands is firmly one of the leading providers of Positive Action training in the West Midlands.
Experience: Your senior management experience will include one or more of the following: employment and regeneration; fundraising and financial regulation; training and development; challenging inequality and promoting diversity; performance management; marketing and public relations.
The Role: To establish and lead path West Midlands towards its goal to work strategically with other key stakeholders across the region to tackle the problem of discrimination, unemployment and the under representation of BME groups at supervisory, technical and management levels.
The Person: Have evidence of success in a clear leadership role within a major organisation. You will have significant experience of working with Black and minority ethnic communities
