I have been asked for advice on the above in relation to the introduction of HERA. I have some material which we use in training for job and admissions interviews but does anyone know of specialist job evaluation material? It's hard to believe that HERA hasn't covered this tho' a search on their website doesn't show up anything immediately obvious. Any pointers gratefully received! Happy New Year to all.
