Hi Felicity If you have a look in the HERA training manual you will find some training material on the need for awareness of bias. I am not sure if this will be detailed enough for your purposes, normally on the HERA training courses I am sure most facilitators will spend a good deal of time on this and expand somewhat - but it does provide a starting point.
