Can anyone assist an Albanian speaking asylum seeking doctor who is being dispersed to Liverpool tomorrow? He has been supported here in Oxford by the Refugee Health Professionals Project and has passed his IELTS & PLAB 1 & 2 & wishes to become a GP. He is very anxious to link in with such a scheme in Liverpool & perhaps, if possible, to continue working on a voluntary basis in a GP practice.
