Hi,

            I’ve come across a problem that appears to have been addressed but not solved on the SPM list.  I have an image that needs to be exported to another program.  It has a .mat file associated with it, but I can’t seem to coax SPM to reslice the image according to the mat file.  I’ve tried spm_reslice.m, suggested here:

http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind04&L=SPM&D=0&I=-3&P=215248

and imcalc, suggested here:

http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind04&L=SPM&D=0&I=-3&P=215349

I also tried making sure that SPM was correctly reading the .mat file, using spm_get_space, as suggested here;

http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind04&L=SPM&D=0&I=-3&P=216568

I’ve ALSO tried using the function “reslice.m” that John posted to the e-mail list, referenced here:

http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind04&L=SPM&P=R9647&I=-3

I also tried to do this via the interface, by using coregistration -> reslice only, to no avail.  The new .img files, and their associated .mat files remain identical to the originals.
