my data look like this

if i want to
calculate
GP delay :- 1st omni (x1) Y (x2) ------------1st uro(x1)
Y/N/.(x2)
If not
1st omni (x1) N/. (x2)-------------1st uro (x1)
Y/N/. (x2)
how can i do this in stata?
