Dear Colleagues

I am currently involved with colleagues in Aberdeen in a systematic review
looking at evidence around sexual health interventions with young people
from Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) Communities. We would be very
interested to hear from anyone who is involved with such interventions or
has undertaken any kind of research in this area - Please see letter below.

Many thanks
Emma

Dear Sir /Madam:

Request for Information: sexual health interventions with young people from
Black and Ethnic Minority (BME) Communities

The University of Aberdeen is currently conducting a systematic review of
sexual health interventions with young people from BME communities. We aim
to identify good practice and gaps that may exist in sexual health needs of
this target group.

As well as systematically searching scientific databases we are seeking
information from individuals or organisations with an interest in this
topic. If you or your organisation has done any kind of research e.g.
questionnaire studies, audit, assessment or produced reports on sexual
health of young people (10- 25 years old) from Black and Ethnic Minority
communities, we would like to know and would be grateful if you could send
us information on any such work.

Please send anything in electronic format by replying to this email or by
post to: Bertha Yakubu, Department of Public Health, University of
Aberdeen, Medical School, Aberdeen, AB25 2ZD.

The study is funded by NHS Health Scotland For any further questions you
can contact:
Bertha by telephone 07803 227650 or email: [log in to unmask]

Thank you very much in advance!

Yours sincerely,
