We're developing a pilot programme for local disabled people to carry out "mystery shopping" exercises at local tourism attractions and hospitality and leisure businesses. Does anyone have any experience of this - in particular does anyone know of a list of questions, or a checkist for such shoppers to use, that we could use as a starting point?
