Hi all, Would anyone have experience of the lower counter requirement in a self service cafe ?(ie no table service). I have considered: (ADM 3.6) 700mm counter height requirement for desks/counters, and (ADM 4.13-4.16) refreshment facilities, such as restaurants and bars and counters to be max. 850mm height, and (BS8300 13.5) Refreshment buildings .... cafes. There seems to be some confusion about the requirement where the basic design includes standing height serving counters and tills only.
