Freedom of Information really means free information. The Government will lay fees regulations before Parliament in November. There will be no charge for information that costs public bodies less than £450 to produce. And for central government, the cost ceiling will be set at £600." As of yet, I can't see anywhere any formalisation of this into fee regulations despite the nearness of the New Year. Has anyone any more up to date information please ?
