Taken from Strathclyde Police retention schedules Administration of Anti-Social Behaviour Orders and Interim Anti-Social Behaviour Orders (ASBOs) Current year + 3 (from date of cancellation) Crime & Disorder Act 1998 s19 requires CC to be consulted during application process. ASBO is civil remedy and therefore 3-year retention stipulated. I presume CC is Chief Constable.
