medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture

Dear Uriel,

The _Dialogue_ in question is published by a non-profit foundation,
Dialogue, Inc. An online telephone directory's 2004 listing of
non-profit organizations in Columbus, Ohio
http://www.yellowpagesnationwide.com/city/columbus-ohio/5760/Non-Profit-Organizations-2.html
shows the following street address and telephone number for this foundation:
        9 Buttles Ave #318 (614) 621-3704

My university subscribes to this journal in electronic form under a
license agreement that excludes the three or four most recent volumes.
Perhaps an art library at a university with a current subscription to
the *print* version (e.g., Ohio State University, located in Columbus,
OH) could provide you with the journal's editorial address (possibly not
the same as that of its sponsoring foundation). Many of these, however,
may offer only very limited service during late December and early January.

With all best wishes,
John Dillon
