The Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) invites tenders from a wide range of participants with the appropriate skills, experience and expertise to form part of a framework agreement to carry out specific tasks within the e-learning and Pedagogy strand of the JISC E-Learning Development Programme.  Further details of this programme can be found at http://www.jisc.ac.uk/elearning_pedagogy.html       l.

Bids to this Invitation to Tender will be evaluated by a panel of experts from the educational community and the successful consultant(s) invited to join the framework agreement for its duration.  When a specific piece of work is identified, those participants in the framework that JISC judges are potentially capable of meeting the particular specification will be invited to tender for it.  Quotations will be assessed and the contract awarded.

This Framework Agreement will be in place from 1 January 2005 to July 2006.  The total value of all contracts issued under this agreement will not exceed £100,000.  Tenders should be submitted no later than 1300 hours on Friday 10 December 2004.
