medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture

About Tysilio, please have a look on a study by Morfydd Owen, "Trois poemes en gallois sur des saints gallois lies à la Bretagne", in Kreiz 2, Etudes sur la Bretagne et les pays celtiques, Brest 1993, p. 201-258.

The hagiographical dossier of the Breton saint Suliau is a little more complicated, as the tradition made a sort of mix between three differents saints (Sulien, Suliau and Sulin) : the most recent study on this subject is the one by Bernard Tanguy, "De l'anciennete relative des cultes des saints Sulien, Suliau et Sulin en Bretagne", in Bulletin de la Societe archeologique du Finistere, t. 128 (1999), p. 218-222.

N. Orme, in his book on The Saints of Cornwall, Oxford, 2000, P. 238-239, gives (in English) a brief account of the question.
