I have rather an urgent request which you might be able to help with.

 

I need to get an idea for how our self-issue machines % of total issues relate to the sorts of figures other library authorities are achieving.  For various reasons I will need this information speedily, ideally this afternoon.

 

If there is anybody out there who is able/willing to e-mail me the % of issues self-issue achieves in any of their branches it would be greatly appreciated.  (No need for a report or detail!) Ideally this would be what one machine achieves out of the total of issues for that branch.

 

A bit of context: we've had the machine 4 months, and it is self-issue only, in our largest library.
