Seeking new Book Review Editor

Gender, Place and Culture, published by Taylor and Francis, is a well
established geography journal with an international circulation in its field.
The current Book Review editors are Karen Morin (North America) and Claire
Dwyer. Professor Morin's term ends on June 30th, 2005. Hence the journal is
seeking to invite applications from people in North America. The new Book Review
editor will start in July 2005 for a four year term. Candidates should have a
broad knowledge of the field of feminist geography and of Woman's Studies, be
open to a wide range of reviews by scholars from all world regions, have access
to e-mail and have excellent editing skills. Applications should consist of a
letter detailing the candidate's editorial experience, plus a CV. Nominations of
suitable persons are also solicited.
