>Hi Bob, Many thanks for doing this for us. My sense was at the conference that those of us present at the end when we discussed this would like this to go from us collectively if possible. I realise that this is difficult as we were not all there at the end, that conference attenders ( nor discussion list members) are not in any sense a representative group of community psychologists, because we cannot all see the letter and comment in time to change it if we wished to do so, and in any case because community psychologists have no collective identity in any formal sense. Nevertheless the feeling at the conference was that a message of this kind from us collectively, as well as us all doing something individually would be more powerful . Bob, do you feel you could send this on behalf of some of us: say for example as a resolution passed at the tenth national UK community psychology conference? I will in any case send it to the pople suggested, as well as my local MP.
