Hi, all.

Devon Library & Information Services have ICT Training Suites in a number of
our public libraries, which are used by Adult & Community Learning tutors,
LearnDirect, clubs and societies &c as well as for our own Homework Support
Groups and for training our own staff.

Different centres have a different mix of group instruction vs. individual
CBT learning, youth groups vs. adults, educators (e.g.. ACL) vs. enthusiasts
(such as clubs).

Our suites have been set up over the past few years, and we're now reviewing
what we may need to face the future.

Has anyone else produced what you might call an "outcomes specification" for
this kind of centre - or at least, one you might be willing to share? I'm
not looking to specify things technically, but rather in terms of, e.g.
"Students must be able to ..." or "We must have compatibility and
connectivity with xxx network", or perhaps "availability of a document
scanner is essential" or even "software updates must be done during
colleges' Summer vacation".

Any ideas and suggestions welcome, and if there is any level of general
agreement, I'll try to post a synthesis of what I've uncovered.

Thanks, in advance, for your help and your input.
