Dear IASPM members,

Just a brief reminder that the University of Leeds, UK, will be hosting a two day conference, “The Sounds of the Guitar: A Global Crossroads”, on Friday and Saturday, November 26th and 27th, 2004.

Participants include John Etheridge, Bill Nelson, Deena Weinstein (Heavy Metal: A Cultural Sociology) and Andy Bennett (co-ed Guitar Cultures) - Performances, day one; Papers, day two.
