Hi list member, This is a topic I think I unsuccessfully sent a while back. Does anyone have a theory, a piece of evidence or even a crazy notion what happens in a "facet joint syndrome". Its a term I hear a lot as a diagnosis/working hypothesis but have never read or heard any anatomy to explain this phenomenon. Any thoughts???? Cheers, John
