With apologies for cross-posting

NAG, NAG, NAG!!
TWO VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGES

First
We have received several papers from organisations who have returned voting papers directly in the NAG logo'd envelope and removed the label on the reverse which shows their own address.
This has invalidated their vote.
A blank envelope was included for the sole purpose of sealing the voting form inside and thereby keeping the vote secret whilst still allowing verification by use of the address label on
the reverse of the NAG envelope within which the blank envelope was to be returned.
Please follow the instructions given on the voting form as by removing the label votes are spoiled because the scrutineers cannot check eligibility to vote in accordance with the agreed procedures
.

Second
