Add fac_*_err files and starconf.status to the list of files cleaned
in maintainer-clean.
Change fac_%CODE%_err to %FACERRFILE% in automake.in:handle_starlink
and starlink_messgen.am, to guarantee that the same file is being
deleted as was created.
