Check that AC_CONFIG_FILES does configure component.xml.in (regexp
  isn't bulletproof, but should match the majority of cases).  Not all
  directories have a component.xml.in, but starconf, and hence
  starconf-validate, should be run only in those `component
  directories' which do.
