CASH AND CARE: UNDERSTANDING THE EVIDENCE BASE FOR POLICY AND PRACTICE CALL FOR PAPERS This conference - co-sponsored by the Department of Health and the ESRC - will be held at the University of York, England on 12-13 April 2005 in memory of Professor Sally Baldwin, who died last year. The conference will have four main streams: * Money, risk and budgeting on a low income * Informal care * Chronic illness and disability across the life-course * Working across agency and professional boundaries. Keynote speakers include: Saul Becker, Caroline Glendinning, Hilary Land, Jane Lewis, Eithne McLaughlin, Jane Millar, Jan Pahl, and Tricia Sloper.
