My role is part-time (2.5 days per
week)
It covers:
establishing and running pilot projects on Progress
Files
monitoring and extending those projects
facilitating staff development by running
workshops
writing papers
liaising with University committees as
appropriate
Continuing to the develop the Progress
File
Ensuring that we're ready by 2005/6!
The role has expanded to take in an electronic progress
file (which wasn't mentioned in the description), an Individual learning Profile
Questionnaire and various other activities.

Dear all
I would be grateful if any of you
whose job role concentrates on PDP development/co-ordination/facilitation could
send me a brief outline of your job description. We have no such post here but I
am increasingly doing it in my 'spare' time as a careers adviser! I need to put
something on paper detailing the responsibilities involved, including
co-ordinationd devts. staff training/consultancy etc.
