looks like fairly high quality 12th c. carving.

unusual iconography here :

an "Entry into Jerusalem" (? the only scene i can think of with a mounted
Christ) but with an Angel --his/its scroll presumably relating the O.T.
prefiguration of the Entry ?

i've never seen that particular juxtaposition.

the Harrowing of Hell --if that's what it is-- is rather unusual, too
