For March I entered a group for M27/57 and the papers came for M2/M74. I
complained but nothing came of it. I entered the same group again for
June 17th and nothing arrived. I managed to get through to Andy Smith
and he E mailed me the papers yesterday. No explanation given. I've even
had papers for another college but couldn't get through to VTCT to tell
them. Tutors have written letters of complaint regarding questions,
spelling mistakes, poor questions that do not reflect the level of work
students are producing.

We are having problems with no confirmation of entries, missing people
off exam entries and papers coming in very late i.e. 1 day before the
exam
