You of course are blessed with a good Anglo-Saxon surname: 'Heaps' means 'troops, bands, multitudes, social gatherings, companies, associations, corporations.' A good translation, in fact, for Hebrew 'Sabaoth'. As you may know, I'm engaged on the new translation of the Missal, and I wonder if you'd give permission for your name to be used in the new version of the Sanctus: "Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God of Heaps."
