Its now about two weeks until the deadline for early bird registration for the 5th European Conference on Health Economics (the deadline is Monday May 31st 2004).
 
The plenary speakers at the conference will Lord Professor Richard Layard and Professor Bo Rothstein. There will also be a pre-conference dinner address by Dr John Reid
 
The early bird registration fees are as follows:

Full time students: Euro 100 (or £70 sterling)
Academic / public sector / charity: Euro 350 (or £245 sterling)
Private sector: Euro 700 (or £490 sterling)

For those registering after the early bird deadline, the fees are:

Full time students: Euro 150 (£105 sterling)
Academic / public sector / charity: Euro 450 (£315 sterling)
Private sector: Euro 900 (£625 sterling)
