We are planning a new Community Primary School in Swansea which will include recreation facilities, adult education and a Community Library. (this is not a dual use library or school library but a Community Public Library) We are considering management arrangements and I wondered if anyone had any relevant experience or best ( or worst) practice that may help. We are down to who pays for the caretaker at the moment , but that what you get when you work with teachers !
