Today's workplace demands an increasingly innovative approach to problem solving. The 'agile organisation' is one where people are encouraged to be innovative in their approach and services benefit from having staff who 'think outside the box' and are receptive to change

This timely and intensive workshop will explore the need for an innovative approach and equip participants with a toolkit of techniques that they can use in the workplace.

BENEFITS FROM ATTENDING
Participants will consider the increasing need for innovation at work and will be introduced to a range of techniques which encourage creative thinking - as individuals and groups.

BY THE END OF THE EVENT PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE:

* practised relevant techniques in a supportive and confidential environment
* identified practical ways to encourage and foster an innovative approach in staff
* compiled a checklist to evaluate ideas and translate them into practical action
