The 'agile organisation' is one where people are encouraged to be innovative in their approach and services benefit from having staff who 'think outside the box' and are receptive to change This timely and intensive workshop will explore the need for an innovative approach and equip participants with a toolkit of techniques that they can use in the workplace.
