skills of staff, the needs of customers, the call of management objectives
and the reality of the day-to-day service delivery. This intensive one day
workshop delivers practical outcomes for managers.

service, defining what excellent service is and how your own service
compares. It explores service delivery options to reflect changing
organisational needs, identifying practical actions plans and considering
how to deal with and defuse potential problems.
