Thanks to all those who have replied on and off list concerning availability on the suggested dates. Unsurprisingly none of the dates were suitable for everyone and the 11th June had meetings clashes. As a result I am proposing Monday the 7th of June. If you have any problems with this date please speak up now before I book the room.
