PhD Studentships in Human Geography

Institute of Geography, School of GeoSciences, University of Edinburgh

Applications are invited for up to 4 PhD studentships to be based with the
Human Geography Research Group of the School of GeoSciences.

The Human Geography Research Group is part of the 5* RAE-rated Institute of
Geography and hosts a vibrant postgraduate community. It specialises in the
following research areas: The Politics of Identity, Public Policy and
Development, and Geographies of Knowledge. Applications are welcome from
students wishing to commence postgraduate study by way of a Masters by
Research leading to PhD (1+3), or those who have already completed
ESRC-recognised Masters training (+3).
