Dear Colleagues I would like to invite you to our forthcoming event "Beyond the Euro: Democracy and the European Union Constitution". This will be held on Thursday 25 March 2004 from 11am until 3pm at the University of Hull. Details are attached. If you would like to reserve a place, please do not hesitate to contact me.
