medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture

I only caught bits of the programme as it came at an awkward time, but thanks for alerting us to it. The end of the programme directed us to its website (which I haven't looked at) but which colleagues outside the UK might be interested in (try Channel 4, Time Team to find it as I can't remember the address). The computer mock-up of the Abbey looked like nothing on earth to me, but presumably this is because they had to give viewers some kind of elevation to visualise.

medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture Have just watched this and found it fascinating. The physical evidence of the size of the church is surely important for understanding the religious and political significance of the Bridgettine movement. ********************************************************************** To join the list, send the message: join medieval-religion YOUR NAME to: [log in to unmask] To send a message to the list, address it to: [log in to unmask] To leave the list, send the message: leave medieval-religion to: [log in to unmask] In order to report problems or to contact the list's owners, write to: [log in to unmask] For further information, visit our web site: http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/medieval-religion.html
