The course
content is appropriate for any staff member wishing to improve their behaviour
management and communication skills.

Cert. IPCS, MA. Experienced training and development consultant with a proven
track record of designing, developing and facilitating courses in the areas of
education management, curriculum development and learning support. Specific and
specialist expertise in the areas of behaviour management and inter-personal
communication skills. In her teaching career, Ronnie has run a school library
and currently is also an Ofsted
inspector.
