Section 7 mentions a Record URI which provides a link to a separate record holding a description of a related resource. I presume this implies that in some cases this URI will not be the same as a URI identifying the related resource. Is this Record URI valid as a value URI for the property making the relationship between the two resources ?. Does it need to be distinguished from a value URI that is actually identifying the resource, as opposed to the record ?. Can both be present at the same time ?. Bill
