in case you haven't seen the full call for papers elsewhere, the deadline
for submission of papers for ICALT (4th IEEE International Conference on
Advanced Learning Technologies) is February 13th. The conference will take
place between August 30 - Sept 1, 2004 in Joensuu, Finland. Topics include
metadata for learning resources, as well as others relating to learning
objects and educational modelling languages.
