Dear All, I would like to learn more about the butchery patterns in medieval Europe (15th century onward) so I can have a basis of comparison for my diachronic data set from Zuni Pueblo. I am particularly interested in sheep/goat butchery patterns in Spain and western medieval Europe. I would greatly appreciate references that describe distinctive characterisitcs of the technique.
