Dear Zooarchaeologists,

I am doing an analysis of the fauna from Zuni Pueblo, New Mexico and I am
writing to ask for your help.

Part of my analysis involves butchery and I am trying to see if there are
any diachronic changes in buthchery patterns. Stratigraphy and ceramics
indicate 600 years of occupation (AD 1300-1900). Can anyone lead me to
North-American studies on Spanish colonial and Anglo-American butchery?
References on butchery patterns in western medieval Europe would be greatly
appreciated, too.

Many thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Best wishes,
